About Megan

My love for running began when I ran a local 5k in grade school with my dad and older brother.  When I got to high school, I joined the track and cross country teams. Afterwards, I continued my running career at Washington University in Saint Louis, where I ran NCAA Division 3 cross country and track. Since graduating, I have coached myself to a Boston Qualifying time at the 2021 Chicago Marathon.

I especially enjoy working with athletes who are new to the sport or transitioning out of a competitive environment (whether that be a high school, college, elite, or professional team) and figuring out how running fits into their current lifestyle and adds joy to their lives.
